Jen Safyan is a strategy and operations executive who builds the operating models, decision frameworks, and governance structures that help senior leadership move from strategic intent to execution quickly and reliably. For nearly two decades, Jen has translated ambiguous, complex directives, including $180 million state healthcare contracts and a 13-product AI-driven commercial portfolio, into operating models, cross-functional playbooks, and executive decision processes.

Most recently, as Head of Program Management at Kooth Digital Health, Jen led the execution model behind a $180 million contract with the State of California, then was asked by leadership to step into the role of Chief of Staff to Kooth's U.S. leadership team. Earlier, as Senior Manager of Product Operations at Olive AI, she built quote-to-contract governance for a healthcare AI product portfolio.

Jen's leadership style is grounded in clarity, empowerment, and execution. She believes organizations perform best when strategy, people, and operations are aligned, and she focuses on creating the structure teams need to understand priorities, collaborate effectively, and deliver meaningful results.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
