Kooth Digital Health — Platform Adoption & Governance Transformation
Challenge
Kooth needed a program management function to support delivery of Soluna, a youth digital mental health platform, under a $150 million contract with the State of California, spanning 17 cross-functional teams across the U.S. and U.K. The project management platform meant to support this work was underused: adoption was low because the system was overly complex and teams lacked practical training.
Approach
I built and led the program management function from the ground up, establishing governance structures, operating rhythms, and executive reporting practices. Through stakeholder interviews and process review, I determined the barrier wasn't resistance to change but usability. I redesigned the operating model on Monday.com, created common standards and language, and led company-wide training and enablement.
Result
Active platform adoption increased from 83 to 150 users (57%), with 98% monthly engagement. The stronger operating rhythm helped position Kooth to acquire and execute additional public-sector engagements, including a pilot with Aetna Illinois and a contract with the State of New Jersey. That work led leadership to ask me to step into the role of Chief of Staff to the U.S. leadership team, where I ran the executive operating cadence, built decision frameworks, and produced leadership-ready briefing materials.
Olive AI — Deal Desk Governance & Pricing Operations
Challenge
Olive AI's AI-powered healthcare products spanned a 13-product portfolio with inconsistent pricing governance, making it difficult for leadership to see whether opportunities made commercial and operational sense before they were priced or sold.
Approach
Reporting to the VP of Product Operations and leading cross-functional teams of 5–10 leads across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Support, Finance, and Sales, I redesigned the quoting process into clear budgetary, firm, and final stages and led pricing and product economics work across the full portfolio.
Result
The improved process became part of weekly deal desk governance for opportunities ranging from $500,000 to $2 million, strengthening alignment between revenue strategy, delivery feasibility, and customer commitments — and giving leadership clearer margin visibility across the portfolio.
